Shipping Policy
We offer secure and reliable shipping for all our products, including our luxury mechanical keyboards, accessories, and merchandise. Please read the details below for information on shipping rates, times, and restrictions:
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Orders (within the U.S.):
Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $2,000 (limited time offers may apply)
International Orders:
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the destination.
International shipping may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic and international orders. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Keyote products, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. You have 7 days from the time you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Initiating a Return
To start your return, simply reach out to us at contact@keyotekeyboards.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item and the address of our workshop.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and specific instructions on how to send the item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@keyotekeyboards.com. Provide photos or videos of the issue along with your order details, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
Custom products (e.g., bespoke, special orders, or personalized items)
Pre-order items (subject to a non-refundable deposit)

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest approach is to initiate a return and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds on Returns
Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (including any shipping assurance fees) are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
